Meet Nancy

Nancy’s culinary journey began in 2018.

She’s worked in various plant-based restaurants around London, including Wild Food and Farmacy.

In January 2022, she joined NOMADS private chef group and has been catering for bespoke dinner parties and retreats around Europe since then.

Nancy believes in cooking with whole foods that are either sourced from local suppliers or foraged around Hackney Marshes.

Her dishes are nutritionally focused as her culinary journey began from a love of well-being and foods impact on our physical and mental health.
